I married young, and my husband served in the Air Force, which meant we moved… a lot! Each move felt like leaving pieces of my support system behind, forcing me to rebuild over and over. Through it all, I held onto the belief that love and growth could carry us forward. Together, we built a life with our two beautiful children, but as they grew, I realized something important: I wanted to teach them the most vital lesson of all—how to love themselves.
But how could I teach them self-love if I hadn’t truly embraced it myself? That realization ignited a fire in me to start my own journey toward self-love and authenticity. It hasn’t been easy, and I’m still learning every day, but what I’ve discovered is life-changing: waking up and trying, no matter what, is the ultimate success story.
